01 / DEFINITION
The right question
It is not “how much does it cost to build?”. It is “what should be built first?”
The original project combines a GMP pharmaceutical building, NutraTech bio-refinery, QC, VNA warehouse, utilities, energy, administration and training.
The critical decision is to separate the productive core from expansions and support components, reducing the risk of executing a Phase 3 vision with Phase 0 engineering.
